In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate cancellation & refund policy.

We plan each project by dividing work into milestones.All projects begin with a complete discovery/analysis and the creation of a scope of work document. This is done to make sure that both parties have a complete understanding of the work required and thus eliminate the potential for project cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

As there is time spent to achieve every milestone and complete every module, a refund is not possible for work already completed. As a digital agency providing products and services in real-time in an online space, we are not able to refund you for services provided as there is no way to recover said services.

In the event of a project terminated on a mutual basis, the client has control of all completed work, and any payment for further development will become void. No previous payment or deposit would be refunded.

No payment will be refunded once the client approves mock-up designs and we move into the development phase of the project. There are no partial refunds for projects mid-way through a milestone phase. No cancellations are entertained for services that our marketing team has offered on special occasions. These are limited-time offers and cannot be canceled.

Digital marketing packages are not refundable, but the client may cancel with a notice written 30 days in advance.
We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days.

That being said our customers are important to us and if you have an issue with our service delivery, we will work with you to find an agreeable solution for both parties.

Coming to our refund policy on search engine optimization and other services, there won’t be any refund for cancellation of orders.

Let us inform you that search engine algorithms for page rank and robots keep updating from time to time. No professional marketing company has any control over those changes. So, we cannot guarantee our clients of any specific result and their refund claims regarding the same.

Graphics Lodge will not be liable for refund or guarantee of top search ranking under the following circumstances:

  • In case of effect on SEO ranking due to changes in the ranking algorithm, policies, or functionality of search engines.
  • Link building, a part of SEO, is carried out based on the information you provide us. In case the URLs given by you are incorrect, we will not be responsible for any subsequent errors and there will not be any refunds or money-back guarantee.
  • Graphics Lodgewill not be responsible for SEO results if the client engages with any other third-party SEO services.
  • Number of times and rank of a website appearing on the search list varies and thus an immediate change in the search ranking cannot be guaranteed.
  • Any adverse effect on ranking due to changes in website content by the client or third-party service provider hired by them.

We make no guarantee that our SEO services will show the client’s website in the top ten search ranks. However, understand that we work in your best interest and put in our best effort to provide genuinely profitable results. Our aim is to make your life simpler and your business more lucrative.

Graphics Lodgerefund policy is not applicable when:

You choose a special service package.

You have approved the initial design concept.

You have requested revisions

You have cancelled the order due to non-related reasons in regard to Graphics Lodgeand its policies

You have not contacted Graphics Lodgefor more than 2 weeks since the project initiated

You have violated Graphics Pty’s terms& conditions and the privacy policy

You have approached another service provider or designer for the same project You have provided an incomplete design brief

You have demanded a change in the design concept

You have exceeded the maximum time allowed to ‘request for refund’ and make claims

You are closing your business or have changed the name of your business

You have other reasons such as a change of mind, a dispute with your partners, or other similar reasons

You have approved the deliverables

You have accepted multiple revisions for any service

If you have ordered a bundled service and are dissatisfied with any specific service, a refund can only be claimed against that specific service and ‘not’ the complete set of bundle services

You have failed to provide the initial design brief within 10 days of order placement

Note:Graphics Lodgereserves complete rights to reject/cancel any project/order or cancel the contract with the customer whenever it seems necessary and decided after critical managerial discretion. After successfully claiming the refund, you will have no rights to use the incomplete/complete design concepts for any reason or purpose; these completed/incomplete design concepts will remain the sole property of Graphics Lodgeand the company owns full rights to these design concepts. By complying with this set of refund policies, you will have no rights to use any of the design concepts provided to you by Graphics Lodgeand the information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to ensure legality.
